Home to a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a second-floor twin with en-suite bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. The ground floor can be found hosting an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a gas fire. Permit parking is available for one car in the local car park, and roadside parking is available to the rear of the cottage on a first-come, first-served basis. Heron Cottage is a splendid choice from which to enjoy a fun-filled group getaway within the Lake District.

Complemented by a wide selection of cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops, this town has all the essential amenities for a smooth-sailing self-catering stay. Grasmere and Bowness-on-Windermere can be found within a pleasant distance, and the village of Conniston offers a wonderful day out for everyone to enjoy.
