The peaceful hamlet of Loweswater (1.5 miles) has a welcoming inn and is just a mile from the beautiful lake of Loweswater itself. Heading west, you can visit the historic town of Cockermouth (7.5 miles), or travelling east, the bustling town of Keswick (12 miles) has numerous attractions including Derwent Pencil Museum and Puzzling Place. Entering this imaginatively updated barn conversion, the ground floor is occupied by a cosy, welcoming and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
