Marsh Villa is a listed property situated near the town of Silloth in Cumbria. It offers two bedrooms which include a king-size with an en-suite and a twin room, there is also a sofa bed and a family bathroom, the property can sleep four to six people. Inside, it also provides a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking along with a courtyard and decking to the front and a patio to the rear. Marsh Villa is a beautifully decorated holiday home perfect for a break in Cumbria with your friends or family. Please note that this property can only accept 7 night bookings and the booking would need to start on a Friday.

Sitting room with woodburning stove. Snug room includes a sofa bed which can be turned into a small double bed. Note: This property has low door ways and low ceiling on stairway.

The West Cumbria resort of Silloth is North of the Lake District which offers a fine range of amenities along with a promenade. There are coastal walks available to Allonby and to Grune Point. Head to the Lake District where you will find stunning landscapes and so much to see and do.

Beautifull cottage, lovely decorated and has everything and more you need for your break.. In a stunning location overlooking the Marsh and a few minutes walk from the sea front. Excellent place for bird watching and beautiful walks. It's just over 2 miles walk to the town siloth along the sea front, and not to far from the lakes.. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pretty, comfortable cottage which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.. Wonderful boot room for drying off wet dogs (and humans) and all other facilities were excellent. Good area for walking or touring the Lake District and west coast of Cumbria. The only tiny drawback was the steepness of the stairs but if you take care they are ok - don't think any elderly or infirm people could manage them though. Certainly one of the best equipped and thoughtfully decorated properties we've stayed in and we self-cater at least four times a year.

A beautiful cottage wonderfully maintained and comfortable Obviously it is relatively new to the rental market but it is the best cottage we have ever stayed in in terms of quality cleanliness and facilities We rent at least twice per year but have in the past been disappointed in terms of inaccuracies in how it is promoted by the rental company and frequently the property is not well maintained or clean! Not the case in Marsh Villa it is superb

A fantastic cottage in a stunning and private location.. I can not recommend this cottage highly enough. Lovely welcome pack, loads of room and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you could possibly need. 5 minute walk to the beach with beautiful views.

Wow what a cottage.. Had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Even thought of milk, bread, and butter a well as a welcome basket with tea coffee and biscuits eta, A very clean cottage and it's a must for anyone wanting to stay around that area.

This was a gem of a cottage, a lot of thought had gone into making sure all our needs were met and making this an enjoyable holiday.. The cottage was clean comfortable and lots of little extras provided for us to start our holiday. Excellent location with secure back garden for our dogs. Lots of walks close by, or by car the lakes are 30 minutes away. I have no hesitation in recommending this cottage and will certainly return in the future.

We had a fantastic holiday in Marsh Villa.. It was very clean and modern while still having a cottage feel. It had all the facilities we could ask for and was just ideal for us and our dogs. There are great access to walks and the cottage is just a few minutes from the beach. It was obvious a lot of care had gone into make our stay a real pleasure!
