There s a separate WC on the ground floor too. Cook up a feast in the well equipped kitchen which has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Make plans for a new day around the breakfast bar and gather at the dining table to enjoy delicious homemade recipes. Unwind in cosy seating in the living area, and watch favourite films together on the TV with Freeview and DVD player, or listen to music on the CD player which has an iPhone jack. A plentiful supply of approved cleaning agents will be provided for your stay so please feel free to use these you are more than welcome. Outside, you ll find a gravelled courtyard garden with garden furniture at the front and side of the property, a herb garden, a paddle stone garden area, and views towards the fells and the River Rothay, abundant with birdsong and wildlife. Off road parking is available for up to five cars, and there s a storage area for six bikes, a separate store for two canoes, and a convenient outside tap and hose. There are a pub, shop, and eateries within half a mile of the property.
