Highview is a ground floor cottage near the market town of St. Austell just a few miles from the south coast. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and one twin together with family bathroom and separate basin and WC. Also in the cottage are a kitchen and a sitting room with electric heater and dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private enclosed front and rear gardens with patio and furniture. Situated near the coastline, Highview is a lovely cottage from which to explore this interesting part of the country.

Area
The old market town of St. Austell lies just a few miles from the south coast, and is famous for its China Clay mining history. Today, home to numerous beaches and sub tropical gardens, it is a popular place for tourists, and families, with plenty to see and do. Get back to nature with the wonderful Lost Gardens of Heligan and the ever-popular Eden Project, perfect for a family day out, or discover the delights of Caerhays Castle and Garden, flourishing in the maritime climate. Home to the St. Austell Brewery, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while sampling the delights of the local beer, after a tour of the Victorian brewery, and for those who love the surf and sand, St. Austell has plenty of both to choose from.

The bungalow was a home from home. The owner welcomed us on arrival, and showed us around; a very friendly owner. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, but in an ideal location to travel around Cornwall, with supermarkets close. We had everything we needed in the bungalow, with additional extras such as biscuits and chocolates. We will definitely return to the bungalow on any other holidays in Cornwall. Please thank the owner for her hospitality.
