Polkerris View is a bungalow in an exclusive position within Carlyon Bay, with sea views and easy access to the beach. There are three bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a utility room attached. The living area is open plan with the dining and sitting area. There is also a games room, a further shower room and a sun room. The garden is lawned and paved with garden furniture and there is off road parking for at least two cars. It has an ideal location, not far from Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey where you can find many good cafes and restaurants. Visitors to Polkerris View will be enchanted at the sight of the sun rising over the glittering sea. Well worth visiting and staying at any time of the year

One level. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower room, shower, basin and WC. 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living area is open plan but with defined kitchen, leading onto the utility room. Sitting room with dining area. French doors lead out onto the back garden which has a mixture of paved surfaces, stone steps and lawn. There is also a sun room and a games room.

Area
Carlyon Bay consists of three beaches – Crinnis, Shorthorn and Polgaver and is near St Austell on the south coast of Cornwall. With stunning views across the bay Sea Road is known locally as Millionaires’ Road and the area is just a mile from nearby Charlestown. The Carlyon Bay Hotel is open for non-residents and there is a fantastic golf course too.
