Outside is a garden, shared with the owners’ main residence, with nice lawned area, furniture and BBQ. Area
Carlyon Bay consists of three beaches – Crinnis, Shorthorn and Polgaver and is near St Austell on the south coast of Cornwall. With stunning views across the bay Sea Road is known locally as Millionaires’ Road and the area is just a mile from nearby Charlestown. The Carlyon Bay Hotel is open for non-residents and there is a fantastic golf course too.

A very handy location for us visiting various places especially Eden project.. Chris and Rebecca very welcoming with a bottle of wine and cream tea. Can recommend a visit to the Offbeat Beach bar a short distance away on Carlyon beach.

We found it the perfect location for exploring gardens, NT properties and included a trip down to Land's End and villages round that coastline.. The holiday home was perfect for two people with all amenities required for holiday. A bonus was the sauna which is a great aid for relaxation on holiday. Although there was suitable outdoor furniture and use of garden the weather wasn't so good.

What a super weekend we spent at "Little Beach House" Carlyn Bay, Cornwall.. Chris and Becks were welcoming and there was a "cream tea" and a bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival. Thank you. The apartment is well placed to get to all sight seeing venues. We loved the sauna! What a treat to come home too after lots of walking! And the whole layout of the apartment is super. Super for couples. Thank you and hopefully we'll be back again soon.

Enjoyed our stay very much.. Rebecca and Chris very friendly and helpful. Accommodation small but well appointed. Small double bed was a slight issue for us as we are used to a super king. Could do with a little more cutlery in our opinion. Lovely area for exploring. It was a shame that the imminent arrival of storm Callum decided us to make a run for home two days early but we had had four beautiful weather days to start our week so we’re quite happy.

Loved the location near to the beach and within walking distance of Charlestown.. Sauna in the property was fab. Well presented and very comfortable.
