Surrounded by and overlooking acres of farmland, the house is blessed with country sounds, beautiful views and a private lawned garden. Situated in the attractive, wooded and sheltered Perran Valley, this substantial property is well located for a peaceful yet busy holiday! The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a separate sitting room with an open fireplace, dining room and kitchen too for social gatherings. Outside, the lawned garden with garden furniture is a sunspot for relaxation and alfresco nibbles. Goshen Farm is a place of comfort and tranquillity, ideal for families who enjoy exploring countryside and coastline.

St Agnes is a thriving picturesque village on the Cornish coast, with four beaches on the doorstep and surrounded by wonderful countryside. Swim or surf in the clear waters, walk the footpaths and bridleways or hop onto the South West Coast Path. Coasteering, kayaking and horse riding are all available locally, and St Agnes has a regular programme of events and gigs for all the family to enjoy. The local shops offer an interesting selection of produce, from tasty treats to one-off pieces of art

This lovely cottage nestles in the countryside down a quiet lane near the village of St Agnes.. Thoughtfully provided are maps and walking books on the local area and there are plenty of places to eat out. The house has everything you need for a ‘home from home’ experience including a welcome cream tea on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a long weekend stay in this lovely cottage.. The kitchen was like home from home and my boys made themselves very comfortable in the front room. We were greeted each morning and evening by the cows which by the end of the weekend we had named them all. If you want a very comfortable stay in a peaceful surrounding then this is the place for you, thank you for a great weekend.p.s. There is a good pub 5 minutes down the road which is walkable from the cottage just remember a torch to help you get home.

The cottage was in a fabulous location in terms of being close to tourist destinations and only a short drive away from the wonderful coastal walks around St Agnes Head.. The facilities were good-it as also clean and comfortable.

Overall a very enjoyable holiday in a house that was convenient for our family and reasonable for the time of year in terms of price.. The house needs a thourough clean however, the carpets were dirty, we hovered as soon as we arrived, the sofas were dirty and the bathroom was covered in bugs, which again we cleaned up when we arrived. Appreciate the rural country location however there was also a problem with flies which was slightly off putting. The general comfort of the house is adequate and it was cosy but walls, skirting boards etc are scuffed and marked. The whole house needs a deep clean and redecoration in parts to keep it to a nice standard.
