Rosebud Caravan consists of an open-plan living space with a Smart TV, radio, CD player, a foldable dining table seating four, and a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms consist of a 4’ double and a 2’6 twin (zip/link, can be a king-size upon request), serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Guests can find the closest shop and pub within 0.5 miles and within 1.7 miles, a beach. Rosebud Caravan is your idyllic Cornish coastal base. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 100 GBP.

Area
A typically Cornish country village with picturesque houses, shops and village pubs, Goldsithney is set back from the coast, thus escaping the main tourist rush, yet lying close to all the main attractions. Dominating the area and just 2 miles away is the off shore island castle of St Michael's Mount - reaching it via the causeway when the tide is out is a must. Right on the doorstep there are fabulous beaches, the coastal path (winding its way over the cliff tops) and plenty of sailing and fishing. Visit Penzance, with its slightly bohemian air, the cliff-top theatre at Minack or the stunningly beautiful fishing villages of Marazion and Mousehole - a superb base for exploring beautiful Cornwall.
