First Floor: Bedroom 2: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) with en-suite shower room, at the front of the house, Bedroom 3: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) at the back of the house, overlooks - the garden, Bedroom 4: Smaller bedroom with a double bed (4'6 wide) is pushed against the wall so single use is more comfortable but can accommodate two guests at the front of the house, Family bathroom with basin, WC and bath with overhead shower. Second Floor: Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with super king bed (6 foot wide), storage and a desk, private balcony overlooks the estuary and garden, En-suite with freestanding modern roll-top style bath and separate stand up shower.

Area
Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
