Gunwalloe village is situated amongst the sand dunes and cliffs on the west coast of the Lizard Peninsula with three beaches, a large stretch of sand reaching as far as Porthleven, Dollar and Church Cove and a popular pub, The Halzephron Inn, offering tables outside with views right across Mount’s Bay. Gunwalloe is near to Mullion which is a large village on the Lizard Peninsula, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain. The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Helston is a pleasant, busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival
