This garden is shared with the neighbouring cottage but only use our own designated sides. Outside table and four chairs. Parking: No private parking. Family facilities: Travel cot, stair gate ( for bottom of the stairs only) and highchair provided. Pets: Maximum 1 dog allowed at an additional charge. General: Electricity and gas heating included in rent. Important notes: No smoking. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or upstairs.
