Rosen is a very smart first-floor apartment with sea views, situated in Newquay, just a minutes stroll from Fistral Beach. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms a double with balcony and a twin together with a shower-room and a bathroom. There is an open-plan living-dining room-kitchen area with balcony. This is a superbly located apartment for relaxing after a fun day at the beach. There is so much to do and see in this lively town, and nearby there is Watergate Bay, golf and National Trust Trerice House to visit.

All one level. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with balcony and en suite shower-room, 1 x twin (2'6" beds, zip-linkable to 5' double on request) with balustrade. Open-plan living area with sitting area, kitchen and dining area with sonos and glazed doors to balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Newquay is the home of the UK's surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a water sports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember.

Region
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Rosen is a fabulous apartment in a great location.. It's equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Also, in the unlikely event that something needs resolving the owner and caretaker are always available and are extremely helpful. The location is perfect for many beaches, restaurants and great family entertainment. As a family of four we had an excellent stay and hope to return soon.

The quality of the accommodation was fantastic.. We could not have asked for better. Communication with Sykes was always easy and successful. Also, the caretakers of Rosen - helpful and only too eager to support our requests e.g. a welcome food package. Superb all round.
