There is a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Ocean Heights is an excellent property in a wonderful location for a seaside break.
