Area
Pensilva is a moorland village with its origins in Cornwall’s tin mining history. This part of Bodmin Moor has all the raw beauty of a wilderness with many well known landmarks including the rugged Cheesewring Quarry, where granite was taken to build Plymouth’s Devonport Dockyard, and also the remote village of Minions, home of the famous Hurlers stone circles.

Region
Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
