Brook Cottage is a detached bungalow on Rosecraddoc Lodge site near Liskeard in Cornwall. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Brook Cottage is ideally located with a variety of places to visit and things to do close by. Please note: The property can only accept one well-behaved dog.

Area
The historic market town of Liskeard is located in South East Cornwall at the head of the Looe Valley. The town has a weekly market and is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 9 miles away. In-between there’s fishing and watersports at nearby Siblyback Lake, the Donkey Sanctuary at St Ann's Chapel, Cotehele House (NT) and gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion International Resort.

Enjoyed it overall, the owners were welcoming and polite.. Followed the guidelines for covid, leaving us a nice little package with masks and hand sanitizer. The only negative is that the bungalow needs a little tlc, it was a little dusty and the oven hobs were temperamental. It met our expectations and needs though and we enjoyed our stay, would book again.

Lovely quiet site, which was exactly what we wanted.. Accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Ideal base to access many different places for different days out. Would highly recommend.

Chalet was just as stated which was great for us being a family of 3 and a dog.. If I had to point out anything it would that the folder with info could be updated a bit e.g only 1 key left for us not 2 as stated and it was lacking in takeaway menus. Also I read there was woodlands close by to walk my dog but I couldn’t see anything within walking distance and the chalet park requires dogs kept on leads so was a little limited. Thanks

This is a very nice little retreat, Despite some quite bad weather in the second week the chalet was warm and comfortable to return to.. It is set in a lovely area with plenty to see and do within easy reach, Altogether we had a very enjoyable two weeks at Brook Cottage Thank you

We were a little disappointed with the proximity of the other bungalows.. However, it was as quiet as we had hoped it would be. The site was clean and well kept. The bungalow was spacious and had everything we needed, and the cream tea and bottle of wine on arrival were much appreciated.
