Jolls Ground Barn is a charming, detached cottage in the village of Fivelanes, near to Launceston in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, which are made up of one king-size double which is zip/link and can be twin on request, one double and one twin and a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory with dining area and a games room with table tennis, darts and pool table. To the outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Set in a stunning location, Jolls Ground Barn, will make a great place to stay at any time of the year. Please note: There is no charging of electric vehicles permitted at this property. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Conservatory with dining area. Games room with full size table tennis, darts and 6 ft pool table.

Area
The small village of Five Lanes is situated less than 10 miles from Launceston and is home to the King Heads pub and hotel, which was built in 1623. The pretty, neighbouring village of Altarnun offers a Post Office and church, plus long walks can be enjoyed around the local area. Eight miles away is the town of Launceston, on the Devon and Cornwall border. This town boasts wonderful architecture, including Georgian buildings in the central square, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Note: Fields surrounding property often hold livestock, dogs to be kept under control.
