Chyandour is a terraced house in the Village of Gardens resort. three miles from Falmouth. This holiday home has three bedrooms including a double with an en-suite and two twins, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep six people. There is also an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. As well at a patio with furniture at the rear of the house, there are also large pretty communal gardens and lawns and off road parking. Facilities on-site include a plunge pool (not available until after Easter 2021), tennis court and childrens play area. Chyandour is a modern cottage in an excellent Cornwall location. Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort. Note: Bookings for any other reason than holiday/leisure are not permitted on this site. This property cannot be used as private accommodation for work or business trips

Falmouth is a popular Cornish seaside town with a large natural harbour, winding streets and beaches. It has pubs, shops, an art gallery, the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. Close by are many of Cornwall's more popular destinations including the city of Truro offering everything to promise a memorable stay.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Patio with furniture. Communal lawn garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Restaurant and pub 1 mile. Beach 1 mile. Note: On-site facilities have seasonal opening times. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay.

We were thrilled to find the welcome pack ie milk tea coffee and other homely touches.. The beds were made up beautifully and it was lovely and warm! We visited National Trust properties and National Heritage properties. St Michaels Mount was the highlight of our stay. An evening meal at Rick Steins in Falmouth was enjoyable. We even did a return boat trip from Falmouth to Truro. The plunge pool and jacuzzi were well used! A super holiday! We hope to return in the future.

Perfect base for exploring locale.. Lovely beaches close by (walking distance) and Falmouth and all its attractions only a short car ride away.

The location was perfect.. Just a short way (by car for me but by foot for my daughter) to the nearest beach and Falmouth town centre. The setting, in Pendra Loweth, was excellent. Beautiful communal gardens and private terrace with high quality garden furniture and barbeque. The cottage, attractively styled in grey and white, was clean and bright. The kitchen was outstanding. Adequately equipped for six guests so big pans, roasting tins, carving knives etc. we're there in the kitchen cupboards. The dishwasher stopped working after one load but phone call to Sykes Cottages resulted in next day engineer call out and repair was done. Bedrooms were good and en suite to master bedroom had powerful shower. Somewhere to hold shampoo and soap would have been welcomed. This was a perfect holiday cottage. Sykes Cottages were efficient, supportive and easy to contact when needed. I would recommend their service to others.

The house is a real home from home.. Having more items available in the shop/bar on site would be useful and we had two different times of arrival sent to us 3pm and 4pm.
