Little Trevean is an enchanting country cottage in half an acre of beautiful woodland gardens, three miles from the seaside village of Coverack, and positioned down a quiet back road on the edge of the Lanarth Estate. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms and has a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room. The sitting room has a wood burning stove and there is a kitchen with dining area for social gatherings and feasts with a dishwasher and American style fridge freezer. The garden has a sunny patio and lawn for safe play, relaxation and alfresco dining. If you can bear to tear yourself away, this is a wonderful area to explore. Pretty villages, scenic walks along hidden creeks and Goonhilly Downs are all close by. Just over a mile away is the coastal footpath and the picturesque little fishing village of Coverack with its quaint old harbour and a rock-strewn beach, which is ideal for young children. Little Trevean makes a cute country bolthole for seclusion and privacy.

Area
Coverack, on the southern edge of the Lizard Peninsula, is a small picturesque fishing village. The village retains much of its original charm and atmosphere with art gallery cafes and shops. A large, sheltered, crescent shaped beach and an array of watersports makes this a wonderful choice.

Region
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Little Trevean is a lovely, welcoming place to stay.. Well equipped and clean, the house is really homely and the garden is amazing. Its within easy reach of lovely beaches, we have stayed many times and have already booked for next year! Highly recommended.

This was a most relaxing break within a very pleasant position and house.. We would certainly recommend this property as it lacked for nothing. The only criticism we had was the fact that the email informing us of the key location and telephone numbers to ring, stated that towels would be provided. We arrived and had no towels but they were very quickly provided. Conflicting information given, bit of a rocky start but all was well as we had a really good break.

Little Trevean is a lovely clean cosy cottage, we have stayed many times and it is always very welcoming, the garden is lovely too.. It is situated within easy reach of lots of different places. We always come back to Little Trevean, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday, we love it!
