Blue Haze - Family accommodation with private beach access in Charlestown, Cornwall

Description
Welcome to Blue Haze, a peaceful pet friendly coastal escape set in the exclusive Duporth Bay estate. With private access to Duporth Sands just a short stroll away and jaw-dropping, uninterrupted views across St Austell Bay, this home is all about laid-back seaside living. From the upstairs bedrooms, you’ll wake up to the sight of the Atlantic stretching out before you. Walk left along the coastal path and you’ll reach the historic harbour village of Charlestown in just 15 minutes; turn right and you’ll find Porthpean Beach.

Inside

Step into Blue Haze and you'll be welcomed by a spacious, light-filled living room, with French doors opening out to the south-facing garden. One end of the room features two plush sofas, perfect for curling up with a film on the Smart TV, while the other end creates a snug nook for reading or playing games, complete with a bay window seat overlooking the garden.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a delicious meal after a day by the sea. Enjoy your creations in the sunny conservatory dining area or step out into the garden and dine al fresco and where you’ll also find a fire basket BBQ — perfect for gathering around on cooler evenings. A utility room with washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer, along with a downstairs cloakroom, complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are south-facing and boast sweeping sea views. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and built-in sliding wardrobes. The second bedroom offers a super king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request, while the third is a cosy single room. The family bathroom includes a panelled bath with shower overhead, pedestal basin, and WC.

Outside

Blue Haze offers parking for 2–3 vehicles and is surrounded by a charming wraparound garden with a lawn, mature shrubs and trees, and a paved terrace at the front. To the side, there’s a practical area for drying wetsuits or storing bikes and kayaks — ideal for active days spent on the coast.
