If you want to add a touch of decadence, it's also possible to hire a private hot tub and enjoy the scenery surrounded by bubbles.

Heading inside the front door, you'll see that there's a distinctly rustic feel to the interior, particularly the brick flooring and inglenook fireplace holding a log burner. When the weather's on your side, there are plenty of walks to embark upon within Turvey Estate and the village itself — along with its pair of pubs, a butchers shop and a park — can be reached in just over a quarter of an hour on foot.
