We knew it was an older house, but we weren't aware that it was so worn. We think all the bad reviews are justified. In short, it wouldn't be so bad if it were just clean. The curtains were probably last washed two years ago. There were cobwebs everywhere. A thorough cleaning and replacing a few pieces of furniture would work wonders, and that's what you'd expect for the price.
