If you end up staying in Cloud Underground, you’ll be getting some very fancy neighbours. Amalienborg Palace (the Danish queen’s home) is just down the road – and it’s actually also located along the Crown Prince’s preferred biking route, so don’t be scared if he whizzes past you. With its Scandinavian-meets-industrial vibe, it’s the kind of place you look forward to coming home to at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Oh, and did we forget to mention that it’s within walking distance to everyone’s favourite statue, The Little Mermaid?

*This home sleeps five people, but one of them would ideally be a child (there’s a single bed in the master bedroom)
*The kitchen is on the smaller side – ideal for preparing light meals/snacks, not ideal for cooking feasts
*The French doors look beautiful and bring in a lot of light, but they don’t provide a lot of privacy in the bedrooms
*There’s carpet in the kitchen, which isn’t practical – and it might also not suit everybody's taste
