It's a house and a separate section of a house with sleeping accommodations and bathrooms. Outside, there's a wonderful area for a barbecue and a cozy fire. There's a kitchen with plenty of space. The dogs had plenty of room to sniff around. We had a great time. It's a bit old-fashioned in some respects, but that's part of its charm. There are plenty of toys available. The dartboard was a favorite for us. The owner is very friendly and helpful, though rarely present. It doesn't bother you.

The stairs in the house are too difficult for older people and dogs (steep and narrow steps)
