The property around the house is unkempt, the bikes are in poor condition. A full ashtray next to the front door, empty bottles under the table next to the door. Lots of weeds around the pool. The garden table is half rotted and broken, there you can turn off neither crockery nor glasses for drinking wine. In the living room there is only one ceiling lamp with an uncomfortable light, no floor lamp and no table lamp. The televisions cannot be operated.
