Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 4 m, 26 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 50 m, restaurant 300 m, pebble beach 100 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

very nice owner. The house and the furnishings are well maintained. quiet neighborhood. and close to the beach. we highly recommend it. We were seven people and everyone was happy.

We had a wonderful holiday with a large family. The accommodation is of a high standard, very practically furnished, everything you need is available. The owner of the property is very nice, communicative, but on the other hand, she gives you complete privacy. She has fulfilled more than meets the eye. In the nearby area, there are smaller, uncrowded beaches with pebbles and gradual entry into the sea, which even small children will enjoy (water shoes required). Everything necessary can be bought de facto around the corner, or cheaper in Zadar.

Beautiful spacious house, fully equipped .. also plenty of space on the terraces and in the garden. Within walking distance of the sea and beach. Air conditioning is wonderful in the summer, the living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have this. (Although extra costs) Very friendly, hospitable and helpful hostess.

Nice place, close to the sea. The house was a base for us to Zadar, Split, Trogir, Nin. Enough space for 8 people. There are four mezzanines, two full-fledged bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower) and one toilet, and an additional kitchen upstairs. I recommend this facility to active holidaymakers, if you want to sit on your butt, find something with a swimming pool.

I'm happy. And when I write that I am satisfied it means that it was very good. Personally, I expected less than I found. It is not only about the formula of the house itself, but also about the equipment. I took some things from Poland unnecessarily. In summary, it is a great house, with a home atmosphere, not a hotel, which welcomed our 10 people without any problems. Great facilities and great location. Sea and beach, shop, bakery, bar are all 3 stones throw from the house (literally). I recommend.

Very nice location of the house - close to the beach and bakery, nice owner, clean at home, pleasant evenings on the terrace with barbecue, quiet neighborhood. A very high probability that we will come back there :)
