Single-family house "Marica". In a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 3.5 km long motor access to 300 m from the house (via unmade road). Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, shingle beach, rocky beach 10 m. Please note: private mooring, on request. House situated on the southern shore of Pasman island, in the bay of Landjin, near the Kornati archipelago (national park). Parking at the owner´s house in Kraj. On request, in advance, the owner delivers groceries.

Located in quiet bay , protected from winds from all directions, no cars and bars, sometimes it is a bit too crowded with sailboats. If needed there is a restaurant with normal prices, 15 minutes walk from the house. Nice small clean house almost in water;) in the middle of olive tress garden. You may buy a lot of domestic stuff from owners ( fish, oil, vegetables..) ***** ..Perfect place for daily trips with seayak ( Kornati 5km, Vrgada 8km..).

Good location, very quiet, private berth for boat, great grill, clean beds and rooms, mosquito screens everywhere. Only outdoor shower, hot water is poor only at maximum sunshine. Kitchen cold water connection. Parking 250m from the house, access only on foot with existing wheelbarrow.

I wanted a secluded house a few steps from the sea and everything turned out according to our expectations and better. Very nice hosts.

A fantastic single location for someone who loves solitude. An SUV is recommended for access! Bedrooms and beds are OK. The entire cleanliness in the house was not io many cobwebs, dirty dishes, pots and pans burned. The condition of the kitchen and the toilet does not correspond to the standard of the surrounding comparable houses! Garden furniture sin monoblocks without upholstery, three tablecloths outside one on top of the other all dirty. Communication on site was very bad, since the landlord hardly spoke English.
