For shared use: property 900 m2 with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. 400 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, pebble beach 3.5 km. Youth groups are not allowed.

Nice, helpful and competent contact person on site. Nina is always easy to reach via WhatsApp. Pool is maintained daily. We liked it very much. You can start hiking directly from the house on a circular tour in the hills. The pebble beach in Brsec can be reached quickly.

We were there with 2 adults and 3 children. Positive: Large apartment, beautiful view, parking space in front of the front door, firewood available and included in the price, the house manager is very nice and speaks German, is easily accessible via Whatsapp. Negative: The heated pool was too cold (max. 22 -23 °C) for use in October, in the first two days we had to dispose of about 20 crawling animals, the sauna (IR heat cabin) is defective and does not get warm, furniture simple equipment

The house is clean and functional. The two bathrooms are perfect for a large family. Since it's a small place, it's quiet and that's what we wanted. The landlady is courteous and endeavors to regulate all wishes. Unfortunately, contrary to the statement on the website, no internet connection was available.
