Everything was perfect, we couldn't quite understand the negative reviews, everything was sufficient and the landlord, including the sister who does the cleaning, was very helpful and nice. There were no problems. We even got a second fridge even though we didn't need one when the power went out because of the stove, they reacted immediately, it was nice, the beach and pool were all to ourselves, everything was clean. We'll be back

We were completely satisfied! The owners are very friendly and love children! The apartment had everything you need and was clean. The pool and barbecue area was also great! The beaches in Ribarica are beautiful and the water is clear, like Kriatall, which is typical for Croatia !We would love to come back!

Hello, it was a nice holiday. But not for children! The owner of the apartment also lives in the house (elderly lady). The children were too loud for her, they were too loud at the pool... we should close the doors more quietly, etc. That was really annoying. And when we were at the beach we left the air conditioning on. When we came back she was always out so I assume that someone was in the apartment.

+ Friendly landlady and clean holiday apartment + beautiful beach, very quiet - landlady spoke neither English nor German as stated - but tried very hard - a few small things were missing in the apartment: filter attachment for making coffee, scissors, fly screens on the windows

The apartment was good and corresponds to the description. The beach just a few meters down a flight of stairs. The pool wonderful. Grill available which we also used. W-LAN failed again and again but overall acceptable. The mountains and the sea just fantastic, but almost every evening very windy. Is probably due to the time 18.08.-29.08. since the Bora winds are raging here, sometimes so violently that balcony furniture has been moved. The only drawback are the folding shutters that cannot be locked when open. Had 2x power cuts because of the strong winds (due to the location) and were then without daylight for 1-2 hours. Landlord very friendly and fair, reimbursed us for the unused air conditioning during the days.
