Anyone considering booking the accommodation should do so immediately. It is a beautiful house with all amenities. In principle, there are 3 separate apartments with a shared pool and shared grill, which is why it is particularly recommended for larger groups. Quick access to the sea (approx. 15 minutes by car), hiking opportunities and a beautiful sunrise at the house round off a cool vacation. The Austrian landlord is also really cool and uncomplicated.

A great holiday accommodation consisting of three individual apartments. We had rented the whole house with two families (10 people) in high season. Perfect for us. A fantastic view of the Kvarvan Bay, as the accommodation is on the hillside, about 5 km from Lovran Super nice landlord who also gave us some tips Thank you again. The accommodation is modern and functional. Come back anytime. Overall we liked it.
