The distribution of the three bedrooms is perfect, as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The rooms and the garden are very spacious, really enough space! Unfortunately, the indoor and outdoor area didn't satisfy our sense of cleanliness. What we didn't know beforehand: a neighbor's dog feels at home in the garden and behaves accordingly. He also uses the outdoor sofa.

Very nice villa. The pool and outdoor area is very nice. I would come back another time, if I was going to Umag again. S. (the host) was very friendly and check in/out went very smooth. There was no umbrellas to give shade, while laying on the sunbeds, which we missed. In addition we missed having cushions for the sunbeds. The location of the villa is very private and nice, just next to a forrest. There are quite a lot mosquitos - but nothing that a spray can't handle.
