...unfortunately, there are far too many things broken here. Wardrobe and bedside tables unusable, patio chairs dangerously broken, wet walls in the living room/hallway, completely leaky shower = water runs up to the toilet and dries poorly, TV not in German despite there being a few German channels and WiFi not usable in the evenings (the whole house is on one small line?!). Unfortunately, towels were NOT changed. GOOD: Air conditioning and windows great. The view of the bay was a delight at breakfast and dinner.

The best thing about the apartment is the terrace with a wonderful view of the bay and the air conditioning. The apartment is very simply furnished. The kitchen and bathroom are old. This was already clear from the pictures and didn't put us off because of the low price. But we didn't like the fact that the wall behind the kitchen unit was moldy. The kitchen has no light at all. We had to make do with the light from our cell phones. The landlord was nice and uncomplicated.

First the positives : the view from the balcony was excellent and the air conditioning was effective ! Some of the furniture was very old, especially in the kitchen. Bedroom and children's room were ok. The bathroom was a disaster: very old (70's), in the shower area joints were already broken out - absolutely not suitable for staying. The biggest problem was the uncleanliness, especially the bathroom was "dirty". Also the kitchen, especially the saucepans.
