The overall rating is good. I recommend the place especially to people who want to really relax away from the hustle and bustle of other people. We had our bikes and thanks to them we visited all the beaches of the eastern coast of Istria. The beach in Peroja is especially worth recommending.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. As always, the landlady was very nice. The only thing that had to be criticized this time was the cleanliness. The apartment was not as clean as the two previous times. Dust and a few cobwebs here and there. The dishes in the kitchen weren't that clean either. It really wasn't ok. I only mention this because we have the comparison. This also applies to the pool. WiFi can only be used from the terrace. Not inside the apartment.

The house was handed over to us dirty. We were given nothing to clean except a broom. Shortage of cooking material. Every morning the bathroom smelled because of the discharge. There were hardly any fly screens, so ventilation wasn't really possible without having any bugs in the apartment. The stairs are not for small children or pets. The only good thing about the property was the outside area with the pool. The grill was not freely available. Never back there

Fantastically beautiful. If you like peace, this is the place for you. We've been going there for 15 years now. The landlords are super nice and try to help everywhere. You live here centrally and in a few minutes by car you can be at the beach or in the supermarket. Dogs can roam freely, nobody cares. Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday!!!!!

A nice pool, a fit for purpose home and close to town and beaches. It's quiet in the evening, you can have a barbecue and the village isn't "crowded". Nothing for the party people... Friendly landlords - who unfortunately speak neither German nor English. 2 houses have been rented on the property so far, which was fine for the size of the property and the pool. In the meantime, a large apartment has been added. It remains to be seen whether this will have a negative impact on the space, since then "theoretically" 16 people could have fun there... it will be tight. In our time there were families with children, so that it was no problem.
