The vacation apartment is very well furnished. Everything you need is there. The owners are super nice and even have a dog on the property. That's something to be aware of, but you still have peace and quiet and can use the pool, sauna, and whirlpool. In addition to homemade fig jam and wine, we also received some great tips from the owners. Generally, everything in the apartment was clean, but you shouldn't look too closely in the corners. It only bothers you if you're a particular person.

Great accommodation. The landlord was super friendly. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We'd be happy to stay again.

Super nice landlord – truly welcoming! Unfortunately, the conservatory was infested with ants, and they swarmed around the pool like they were on a company outing. The kettle was slimy, and the coffee machine had a moldy filter from the previous owner – mmm! The garden kitchen was more like a jungle camp, and the sofas were so worn that you could hardly get up. We looked in vain for mosquito protection on the window. But: The whirlpool was fantastic! Perfect for adventurers, but room for improvement for those seeking relaxation!

We're also leaving a great review because it's simply necessary. The landlord, who lives in the upper part of the house, is an incredibly nice and helpful person. Thank you for the wonderful ten days in your fantastic holiday apartment! We were warmly welcomed, were able to enjoy some delicacies from the local garden and there really was everything we needed. The pool and the small wellness area were also great.

We (3) once again felt very comfortable. The Laura house is always kept clean and renovated. A great holiday address! Thank you, V. We were also happy to see the lovely dog Fido, who recognized us, and the cat Mici. The weather was mixed this time - but that doesn't matter because the pool is heated and there is also a whirlpool and a sauna (we didn't use them). The property is always very well maintained and the parking spaces are covered. We'd love to come back!

I'm not really a fan of giving reviews, but I have to share my positive opinion here. You felt at home from the start, moving in early was no problem, the landlords were accommodating and helped to ensure a smooth stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. We were given our own wine and were also invited to a delicious meal. Thank you also for the great parting gift, we'll be back.

Accommodation is as described, the facilities are very good, from toilet paper to aluminum foil, everything is available and you don't have to bring anything with you. The hosts are very nice and are always available for inquiries and recommendations. You have to make some compromises in terms of cleanliness, but everything is still within limits. You could even arrive earlier than stated and be greeted with coffee. Perhaps a hint: a dog runs around freely on the property (but is very sweet)

We were from 06.08.-.20.08. in this very nicely furnished holiday home. The landlord is very nice, friendly, helpful and always there if you want to know something. Very nicely landscaped property with several terraces, beautiful pool that can also be used on colder days as it is completely covered. There was also a sandbox with toys for our little ones. We liked it very much, feel at home, we'll be back!

We were on vacation with 4 people. The apartment is super spacious and fabulously furnished. Everything is as shown in the pictures and as described in the ad. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. We had a lot of fun with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. Kudos to the host couple: just great hosts!

We felt very comfortable. The landlord was warm and helpful. He was able to give us good tips for trips. To Croatia would be to say that there are many mosquitoes. If you have a mosquito net, you can easily attach it to a hook above the bed. Own pool with a beautiful view - just great! We can only recommend this accommodation.

Once again it was a great stay. Every year when we come there is something new. This time the pitches were covered. We are already looking for next year. You just feel at home with these landlords. Thank you both of you. Until next year.

The apartment in Haus Laura is very nicely furnished, everything is clean, everything is available. The landlords ... are such nice people that you hardly feel like going home again. We thank you for EVERYTHING! The pool was great as always. There is also a whirlpool and sauna. Quiet, away from mass tourism - just great. Although we are now always on the road with our mobile home, we didn't miss the opportunity to stop by for a week. Gladly again. Thanks!

As always just wonderful. There is no better accommodation. The landlord is such a dear and good-hearted person, does everything for his guests. The apartment is modern and clean, nothing is missing. The garden is well maintained, as is the pool. Have already booked again for next year.

The quiet location, not far from beaches and shopping, was perfect. The owner speaks German very well and was always very friendly and courteous no matter what you needed. You even invited us to a barbecue evening, which was really a lot of fun and very nice. It was a nice and clean apartment with everything you need. The apartment was as described, large, clean, spacious, with a great garden and covered pool. The garden was fenced so the dogs had fun too. The Labin location is also perfect for various excursions. The landlords were super nice, always gave us tips for the region, were very helpful. I would even say that we have made new friends. We had a really nice time and will definitely come back. Can only recommend it.

The three of us spent a wonderful holiday there. The house is very well equipped, everything you need is there. The landlord and also his mother (lovely older lady) are very nice and really do EVERYTHING to make your stay unforgettable. We felt like we came as guests and left as friends. Good dog and cute cat were also present. We'd love to come back.
