We stayed in the Dordana house on June 24 with 7 adults and 2 children. Everything was fine. The house offers enough space and the pool and the outdoor area are very nice. You get used to the noisy street after a few days. The hosts were available at short notice if needed. There are many supermarkets in Labin and there are very good supplies. The smell in the bathroom of the holiday apartment and the many loose/broken tiles outside are negative points.

The house is ideal for large families or groups, each room has its own bathroom and everyone had enough space. The kitchen equipment is functional, there are 2 large refrigerators and 1 small one in the extra apartment. The house is mainly furnished with IKEA items, so the only criticism is the beds - cheap slatted frames and thin mattresses. Pool, table tennis and pool table were the highlights for the children. Shops are a 5-minute walk away.

Very nice holiday home ... Nice clean and very spacious, pictures are correct. Had a fantastic week with beautiful weather so also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and bbq. Swimming pool. Sunbeds also delicious Plenty of inventory. Just a fantastic house where we all thoroughly enjoyed it. If I may say 1 negative ... the beds .... slightly less.

Very friendly landlord. Small flaws in the furniture, but not disturbing. The dishwasher could grow. Definitely too small for 12 people. Unreservedly recommended. Was a very nice holiday

Very neat and modern house. The facility is just great. Outside and inside kitchen super furnished. From the towel to the soap, everything is available. We were four adults and eight teenagers, so the huge area around the pool, table tennis and billiards was used accordingly. There was also enough space for football, badminton and volleyball (rackets, ball, all available). All in all great holiday for adults and teenagers.

Kudos to the owner of the house because she is really very nice, discreet and friendly. We were greeted with a large bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine and pasareta. Since each bedroom has its own TV with German programs and its own bathroom with toilet, this house is also ideal for couples who are friends. A big plus: newly built outdoor kitchen by the pool. Since nobody sticks to the 50 km/h, you can hear the traffic on the street (it didn't bother us).

Very clean, very modern with lovely details (tea lights on the bedside table), just great. The pool was clean, the garden was huge... From table tennis to badminton to billiards... Everything was there.... The best thing is the pool kitchen with a large fridge... We felt very comfortable, the young people were enthusiastic and they Children had plenty of space to play. It was a great vacation. We recommend!!

We had a great holiday in a well-kept house with a nice landlady. Everything is great, yes the street is there and dogs in the neighborhood. There were no complaints when the music was a bit louder. Wonderfully located for excursions, also by bike. Anytime very gladly again !!!!!!!!!
