The apartment is beautifully furnished and well maintained, everything was well prepared and well organized for our arrival. The contact person on site is easy to reach and takes care of any concerns quickly. Unfortunately, I have to confirm the problem with the windows leaking when it rains and the unpleasant smell in one of the bathrooms.

Great back country accommodation. The only drawback was that there were only a few muesli bowls and soup plates. Otherwise tastefully furnished, clean and view to the Mediterranean Sea

The apartment actually has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Istria - great location, very good room layout and equipment and a pool belonging to the house. Unfortunately, the house is in a deficient state and the drains in one of the bathrooms are leaking putrescent fumes. This goes far beyond an unpleasant smell, the space is unusable. You can get over the leaking windows when it rains. Hopefully this will be improved.

As a family of four, we had the middle and smallest of the five large, fully furnished apartments and had a lot of space and three bathrooms. Great! The terraces all have a view of the large pool and the meadow and the forest behind it, and then a wonderful view of the village of Buje, 2 km away, and the sea behind it. On the meadow we could observe up to eight deer several times a day. Splendid! A table tennis table! Enough parking spaces! Everything perfect!

A very nice and spacious apartment where everything was present. Nice pool with enough beds. Good location: close to shops, highway, beautiful villages. Air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms that worked perfectly (and was already on when we arrived). All comfort in the kitchen: dishwasher and washing machine. In short: highly recommended.

Very quiet location, car is needed. In a few minutes by car you are in the center of Buje where all amenities are. Near beautiful towns such as Umag, Novigrad, Groznjan, Motovun. A beautiful region. There is air conditioning throughout, 2 bathrooms, it is also furnished to a high standard and there is even a Wii for enthusiasts. We enjoyed it.
