Motor access to the house (800 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 9 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 9 km, pebble beach 8 km. Tennis 100 m. Available: wine cellar (extra, on request). Private: outdoor kitchen (5 hot plates, refrigerator). Swimming pool with counterflow.

The villa and the associated property is really great. The pool is almost an infinity pool with the view and playing tennis with the sea as a backdrop is just amazing. The covered terrace with the huge table and the outdoor kitchen invite you to spend the whole day outside. However, the dining/living room is also very nice. With the mighty wooden furniture and the red leather you feel like a king in a castle ^^
