Peaceful neighborhood. Sensational, large and comfortable house. Fully equipped. Nice and helpful owner. To the beach about 300m. A small minus for the weak wifi and the surroundings of the facility (but this is not influenced by the owner). I recommend it especially for families with children.

Very nice house, exactly as described on the internet. Quiet location, 300 m from the beach, which is very crowded in the main season, but if you want peace and quiet, it would be better to look for a quiet spot directly on the beach (rough stones) in the surrounding pine forests. Bathing shoes recommended :)
