Overall, we are really satisfied! The apartment, the location, the beds, everything was great! There were a few niggles that were annoying, but ultimately, they weren't too serious for us (a family of 6). - The bathroom smelled of drains at first, - The door handle keeps falling off, - The bathroom doesn't lock, - The dishwasher worked miserably, - Cleanliness was rather mediocre. If a motivated caretaker could spend a morning working on it, many of these things could be remedied.

Maslenica is a very pretty, quite small place with a restaurant and 2 bars. Beautiful holiday destination. Accommodation was very good and right on the water.

The accommodation was very nice, unfortunately we had a lot of noise for 3 days because a new canal was being built. Otherwise we liked it a lot. Very close to the sea and good restaurants. Would go again.

The accommodation is newly furnished and offers everything you need, from a dishwasher to a washing machine to a fridge with freezer. The apartment has two balconies and is located directly on the beach. Below the apartment is a cafe/restaurant/bar. There are cheap drinks as well as pizza. The beach section is manageable with attractions for big and small. You pay extra, of course, but the prices are moderate here too. For us as a family with 4 children really suitable.

We were a group of 6 and all very happy with the accommodation...there were minor cleanliness issues and we never saw the landlord but enjoyed the 4 balconies, direct sea views and only down the stairs to go for a swim convinced us! Surprisingly little was heard from the cafe below the apartment, since the sunroof is also very soundproof. Only to recommend :)

Apartment clean, large rooms, right on the water, fresh bread every morning in the bar downstairs. Little space for a parking space if someone has a large vehicle like a large SUV, but if it does not fit under the object, there will always be a place in the area. Full equipment, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Poor wifi - but not for us was a problem because the children might have had more time. Very good contact with the manager. In a word, great.

Very nice apartment with air conditioning and all amenities. The biggest advantage is the proximity to the beaches and the sea. The cafe below does not disturb with noise and serves good coffee.

We had a very nice holiday at a good price. The only drawback was the restaurants nearby. It would have been nice if the cafe downstairs also served food. Otherwise great.

The facility was nice, the location also had many shortcomings, such as 2 duvets for 6 beds, no cleaning agents, the staff could not provide the wifi password, the microwave oven did not work, etc. During the stay, one of the rooms was flooded due to rain. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Generally, I do not recommend it.
