This villa is tucked away in the quiet Dalmatian village of Krneza, but you’re only five minutes from the beach and under half an hour from Zadar – great for wandering Roman ruins or hopping on a boat to nearby islands. Outside, there’s a private pool with countryside views, a terrace made for long outdoor meals, and a grassy play area for the kids. Head upstairs for private balconies, including one with a jacuzzi and sauna – a dream at sunset. Inside, it's sleek and modern, with open-plan living, a games and TV room for pool or darts, and a workout space – so there's plenty to keep everyone entertained, without needing to go far.
