+ Top location: 50m to the beach, 2 small shops within walking distance, restaurants a little further, but also within walking distance + quiet neighborhood + especially the lower apartment stays pleasantly cool (when everything is closed) + top equipment (furniture, bed) + kitchen equipment good - very qualitative, could be more + great hostess: easy communication, very very helpful

The accommodation is very close to the sea, the pool was very clean and was already cleaned after the 3rd day. The villa was also very tidy and the upper apartment had a great view of the bay and the towns of Split and Trogir. However, the probably local neighbors very closely watched what was happening and also informed the owner of this by telephone. As a larger youth group to celebrate, you have to pay attention to the volume and behavior.

Beautiful spacious holiday home that easily fitted 10 of us. The pool was fabulous and the house had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday home. We would definiely recommend this property.
