Beautiful property with its own pool and actually right by the sea (50 meters). Small drawback is that there is unfortunately no TV in the two upper bedrooms. The landlord M. is very friendly and the garden is also a great place to relax. Short distances to restaurants and shops. All in all, the price-performance ratio is right.

The accommodation met our high standards for comfort. The distance to the sea with a smaller but well-usable beach is 50 meters. I would recommend better describing the way to the house. In the area, many streets are pedestrian-only or one-way streets.

Beware that only a small part of this house has air conditioning. This is important in summer in Croatia! Only two bedrooms are air conditioned. The main living area, the bathrooms, and the third bedroom downstairs have no AC. This hidden in the fine print but should be advertised much more clearly. We would not have rented this house at this price (more than 200 euro per night) if we had known.
