The property is in a great location and has very good access to the sea. Beautiful garden, but there is a source of danger. Good shopping opportunities in the supermarket (500 m). The overall condition of the property: Some doors are clearly warped. In my opinion, a railing or fence in the garden towards the basement entrance was missing. Here it dropped a good 2 meters straight down. Very dangerous, especially for children.
