Perched on the southern tip of the Croatian island of Korčula, this incredible villa is a true Mediterranean gem.

We feel obliged to mention the stunning view of the dazzling blue sea and neighbouring islands first, and thankfully, there are plenty of ways you can admire this gorgeous scenery. While splashing about in the swimming pool is a good shout, as is from the hot tub on the terrace. If you don't fancy slipping into your swimwear, there are some loungers and an alfresco dining table that are also treated to the coastal vista.

Many of the large windows in the villa look out to this panorama too and also bathe the interior with copious amounts of sunshine. This plentiful natural asset is accentuated by the cleansingly white walls and furnishings, which you will find to be instantly cooling during hot summer days. By contrast, the kitchen is decked out in a sleek shade of black and is accompanied by a large wooden island. The bathrooms on the lower level are similarly contemporary in style, too.

Although you're more than welcome to never leave the villa during your stay, there's a beach a quarter of an hour's walk away in the town of Prizba, as well as a couple of restaurants. Korčula town, celebrated for its medieval architecture, takes forty minutes or so to reach in the car, too.
