Basic apartment but optimal location to visit Dubrovnik and its region. Parking at the foot of the residence... quite a few stairs... Shared terraces... a little noisy

Accommodation full of charm but with a very busy road right next to it and its incessant flow of cars Well-equipped accommodation but with poor quality bedding More than warm welcome from the men of the house but the owner is unfriendly Cleaning not done in the apartment We still had a great week thanks to the many terraces and the nikel swimming pool

The residence is close to Dubrovnik and has a very pleasant swimming pool and a beautiful view, and the apartment is spacious. On the other hand, it is on the edge of a very busy road and there are many steps to climb every day to access the apartment! The owners find it difficult to allow children to play in the swimming pool, the bedding needs to be changed (especially the sofa) and the cleaning is not done thoroughly (especially under the beds)!

Overall the apartment was good, bud the bed in the bed room and the bed in the living room was terrible, the mattresses was worn out many years ago, they should have been replaced years ago. the furniture vas also warn out, and should have been replaced. Rest of the premises and apartment vas good. Pool was nice and clean. Before replacement of mattresses, i wouldent recomend it to anyone.
