Very decent, well-appointed and equipped accommodation. Unfortunately, what struck us most was the poor cleaning (sand, dust left on furniture, electrical outlets, stairs and banisters not cleaned, under the armchair several pieces of rubbish and lots of sand, several stains and some sticky on the floor, tiles not cleaned). Very poorly insulated from noise (you can hear the neighbors loudly), smell of tobacco in the corridors and the presence of animals even though it is forbidden
