The apartment was fully equipped and had a large roof terrace. The beds were comfortable, everything was neatly made, and there were plenty of towels. The apartment location was perfect. A bakery, supermarket, and shops were all within 100 meters. The beach and promenade were between 150 and 200 meters away. Parking garage underneath the apartment for one car. Key collection and return went smoothly. The Home to Go (Interhome) office was 50 meters from the apartment. Everything was clearly explained, and a second key was no problem. We received a checklist before departure. Perfect!

The apartment is modern and spacious. It has all the necessary amenities. It's well-insulated, preventing noise from neighbors. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it with our grandchildren.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard. A few details mar the positive impression. I prefer a more well-maintained overall (windows, balcony, floors). We missed hooks in the upstairs bathroom and shelves in the bedrooms. The disconnected ventilation system was a disadvantage, which, despite the moderate outside temperature, created a sauna-like atmosphere in the bathrooms (windowless) and bedrooms if you wanted to keep the windows closed at night. Garbage disposal requires steps.

Positive: The apartment is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located. Negative: It's quite noisy in the mornings due to street cleaning and in the evenings due to pub noise. We had to leave the windows open due to the warm outside temperatures. The balcony is nice but completely cluttered with furniture. The balcony panes were very dirty, there was a lot of bird droppings, and the floor of the apartment was also unclean. The upstairs bathroom only has one towel hook.

Very nice apartment, located in the center, very spacious, neat and with ideal balcony. We enjoyed a very nice stay.
