The apartment is beautiful and modern. The premises are clean and well maintained. The lack of equipment is that there is no comfortable furniture for the garden. Unfortunately, the garden does not offer any privacy. It's like sitting on a platter. Because the apartment is on the ground floor, you can't leave the floor-to-ceiling windows open when you leave. Unfortunately, this also applies to the night, so it is extremely warm in the small bedroom.
