The apartment was as described. Good location and surroundings. Unfortunately, the double bed was very hard, so I had to sleep in the children's room. The kitchen was well equipped, except for a very limited countertop. The two balconies allowed us to fully enjoy the sunny days.

Unfortunately, we regret to have to rate our stay as "satisfactory". We have a few things to complain about: 1. No air conditioning to cool down and no shutters to darken the apartment. 2. Balcony door in the "children's room" broken (hardly any ventilation) 3. Ceiling in children's room is porous and crumbling (plaster on the floor every day) 4. The toilet was very dirty (limescale). The statement 500m to the water 1km to the beach is very confusing, as there is only one way (1km). Unfortunately not recommended for high summer with children!
