The apartment is very centrally located, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The underground parking space was about 400 meters away in the middle of town and very tight. The only drawback: the washing machine smelled strongly of sewerage, as did the laundry after washing.

Our expectations were largely fulfilled. Great location: supermarkets around the corner. Coastal tram 150 meters. Beach and dunes 500 m. We arrived without a car without any problems.

Due to the large windows, it is a very bright apartment. On the south side is the balcony and the terrace. The kitchen is in very good condition and well equipped. Except for the defective ventilation in the bathroom and toilet, everything was fine.

Very nice and functional apartment, just one downside, the shower door is not easy to open from the outside.
